International eyewear fashion magazine SPECTR Magazine featured Leisure Society’s latest Summer 2020 collection, the “Italian Classics,” in their online article called “Leisure Society // New Sunnies Out” discussing the inspiration behind the names of the three summer styles: the Garda, the Lugano, and the Maggiore.

Online publication 20/20 Magazine featured Leisure Society’s latest styles that are part of the “Italian Classics” for Summer 2020 in their latest May 2020 issue: the Garda (seen in Tortoise/18k Gold), the Lugano (seen in Black/18k Gold), and the Maggiore (seen in Tisane/18k Rose Gold)—the names refer to iconic Italian lakes, and the styles reflect timeless shapes and materials with a Leisure Society flair: 12k, 18k, and 24k gold-plated silhouettes layered with Japanese cotton-based acetate. Soccer player Ezequiel Lavezzi is spotted wearing the cool Leisure Society Presidio frames in 18k Rose Gold with peach-tinted sun lenses on his Instagram seen here. Lavezzi got these frames from the optical boutique Win Optic located in Levallois-Perret, France. 

Ezequiel Lavezzi is an Argentine professional soccer player who plays for the Chinese club Hebei China Fortune and the Argentina national team as a forward. He was part of the Argentina team when they won an Olympic Gold medal in 2008 and helped them reach the finals of the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

Optical boutique Panis Eyewear‘s team member Max van den Bossche is wearing his Monterey in 24k Gold with custom-made diamond-cut blue tint lenses from Panis Eyewear in the Netherlands. These one-of-a-kind frames have beveled lenses that are handcrafted by a master lenscrafter from Glascrew in Groningen. After the beveled edges of the lenses are diamond cut,  they were laser engraved using a high-powered optical laser and filled with Max’s initials for a truly customized and beautiful piece.
