SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping on Orders within the United States

All orders within the US placed by 2:00 PM PST time will be processed the same day provided that your payment has been accepted and your items are in stock. Standard delivery will be within 5 business days using the UPS Ground Delivery service. Upgrades on delivery options will be reflected on our checkout pages and will ship using Express Mail options provided by UPS.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed and dispatched by Next Day Delivery on Fridays are not guaranteed for Saturday delivery, if this service is required then please call us at +1.949.645.8783 or email concierge@leisure-society.com to arrange. 

Please Note: At the time of checkout, you may select if you require a signature of receipt at the time of delivery. If selected, someone must be present at the shipping address at the time of delivery. If at the time of checkout, you choose not to select the signature option, the package will be delivered and left at the recipient's address regardless of the person being present to receive it. 

Please Note: A person must be present at the address to collect the parcel(s). If nobody is present then a card will be left with information on how to collect your order.

International Delivery

Orders outside the US can take 5-10 business days depending on where the package is being shipped. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. International import taxes and duties may apply.

 

SHIPPING FAQs

Am I able to track the progress of my order?

Once your order has been shipped an email will be sent to your email address provided with all relevant tracking information for you to track the progress of your parcel.

Which countries does Leisure Society ship to?

Leisure Society ships to all Countries on the delivery dropdown upon checkout, if your Country does not appear on our dropdown please contact our customer services team for further information on how to ship your order.

Does Leisure Society ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses?

Leisure Society does ship to P.O. boxes but the method of delivery will be via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery Confirmation required, Leisure Society also ships to freight forwarders but it is the responsibility of the customer to review and submit all directions to Leisure Society before shipment of the items. If instructions are not clearly given, Leisure Society is not responsible for lost packages.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, state sales tax will be calculated for customers in California. Duties and taxes for customers residing outside of the United States will not be calculated until they have crossed the border. 

Duties and taxes will vary depending on which country the item(s) will be shipped.

Does Leisure Society ship to multiple addresses?

You may only ship to one address per order, if your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Do I need to sign for my order?

US orders valued above $500.00 must be signed for unless the customer has contacted us to signal no signature necessary. Signature requirement varies for international orders based on country.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped?

If you would like to change your address of delivery after your order has been shipped but not yet delivered, then you may do so at a charge of $10.00.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • You have 15 days to return items purchased from our online shop for exchange or refund.
  • All returns must be shipped back in perfect, re-sellable condition with all packaging included within fifteen (15) days of their delivery date as recorded by Federal Express. 
  • All refunds will be to the credit card used to purchase the item(s) being returned.
  • Items purchased from our online shop can only be returned to Leisure Society and no other retailer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not fully comply with our Return Policy and all other applicable policies governing purchases made through our online shop. All nonconforming returns will be returned to sender at sender’s expense.

EYEWEAR CARE

Storage

Your Leisure Society eyewear must be kept in their own case at a temperature between -10°C ~ 45°C. Avoid exposure to the sun in closed environments without conditioning (for example on the car dashboard) because the temperatures reached in those conditions can damage the functionality of the sunglasses.

Cleaning

To clean your eyewear, use water and diluted mild liquid soap (such as "Dawn"), avoiding all types of solvents or alcohol. Always rinse the lenses with water first to remove abrasive particles to avoid lens scratches. Immediately wipe off the moisture with the microfiber cloth included with your frames. Do not use dirty or abrasive clothes to avoid altering the features of the lens filters. 

 

LIFETIME WARRANTY & REGISTRATION

Register Your Product

Registered product purchased from an authorized retailer is guaranteed by Leisure Society against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product, subject to verification by our technical service department. If a manufacturing defect is verified, the frame or part of the frame deemed defective will be replaced free of charge. This does not include ophthalmic lenses, which will not be replaced under any circumstances.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents (impact, crushing, scratching, etc.), improper or unauthorized use of the frame, unauthorized alterations, repairs or tampering. Any damage not covered under warranty can be repaired for a charge after verification.

Should a defect occur, please send your frame(s) and include your name, phone number, mailing address, email address, and a check for USD $25.00 (shipping and handling fee) or USD $50 (expedited service) to:

KEY CLUB EXPERIENCE

You may return any item from a particular Key Club Experience you receive through the Service (in accordance with the instructions below and those provided with such Key Club Experience) within seven (7) days after it is delivered. For free returns, any items must be returned using the pre-paid return label and box provided by Leisure Society, and items must be unworn (other than “tried-on”), in their original condition and include all original tags and packaging. Shipping is not available to all locations. The customer will not be charged any fees for shipping or return shipping, except in special circumstances (where we will give you advance notice). All items you receive through the Service will be shipped by a third-party carrier.
