SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping on Orders within the United States

All orders within the US placed by 2:00 PM PST time will be processed the same day provided that your payment has been accepted and your items are in stock. Standard delivery will be within 5 business days using the UPS Ground Delivery service. Upgrades on delivery options will be reflected on our checkout pages and will ship using Express Mail options provided by UPS.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed and dispatched by Next Day Delivery on Fridays are not guaranteed for Saturday delivery, if this service is required then please call us at +1.949.645.8783 or email concierge@leisuresociety.com to arrange. 

Please Note: At the time of checkout, you may select if you require a signature of receipt at the time of delivery. If selected, someone must be present at the shipping address at the time of delivery. If at the time of checkout, you choose not to select the signature option, the package will be delivered and left at the recipient's address regardless of the person being present to receive it. 

Please Note: A person must be present at the address to collect the parcel(s). If nobody is present then a card will be left with information on how to collect your order.

International Delivery

Leisure Society ships internationally to select destinations worldwide. International orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, though delivery times may vary by destination and customs processing requirements.

To provide the most efficient service, international orders are first routed through our European Distribution Center before final delivery to the destination country.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed and dispatched from our European Distribution Center.

Duties & Taxes

For destinations where duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, any applicable import duties, VAT, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be assessed by local authorities upon importation.

Leisure Society is not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance procedures.

SHIPPING FAQs

Am I able to track the progress of my order?

Yes. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, an email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout containing all relevant tracking information so you may follow the progress of your shipment.

Which countries does Leisure Society ship to?

Leisure Society ships to the countries available in the destination selection menu during checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact our Concierge team at concierge@leisuresociety.com for assistance.

Does Leisure Society ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses?

Leisure Society can ship to P.O. Boxes via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. We can also ship to freight forwarding providers; however, it is the customer's responsibility to provide complete and accurate forwarding instructions prior to shipment. Leisure Society is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incomplete forwarding instructions.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.

Does Leisure Society ship to multiple addresses?

Each order may be shipped to a single delivery address. If you wish to send items to multiple destinations, please place a separate order for each delivery address.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Orders valued above $500 USD require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise authorized by the customer. Signature requirements for international shipments may vary by destination and carrier.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped?

If you would like to change your address of delivery after your order has been shipped but not yet delivered, then you may do so at a charge of $10.00.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • You have 15 days to return items purchased from our online shop for exchange or refund.
  • All returns must be shipped back in perfect, re-sellable condition with all packaging included within fifteen (15) days of their delivery date as recorded by courier.
  • All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to be reflected on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times. In some cases, the original charge may be adjusted rather than shown as a separate refund.
  • Items purchased from our online shop can only be returned to Leisure Society and no other retailer.
  • Individual eyewear cases ordered from our online are not eligible for returns.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not fully comply with our Return Policy and all other applicable policies governing purchases made through our online shop. All nonconforming returns will be returned to sender at sender’s expense.

EYEWEAR CARE

Storage
Your Leisure Society eyewear should be stored in its case when not in use, in environments between -10°C and 45°C. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat, particularly in enclosed spaces such as a vehicle interior, where elevated temperatures may compromise the integrity of the frame and lenses.

Cleaning
To clean your eyewear, use water and a diluted mild liquid soap, avoiding solvents or alcohol-based solutions. Always rinse lenses first to remove abrasive particles before wiping. Gently dry with the microfiber cloth provided. Do not use abrasive or soiled materials, as they may affect the surface of the lenses.

Materials & Finishes
Precious metal finishes are applied through a highly controlled process to enhance durability and resistance. To preserve their character, avoid prolonged contact with harsh chemicals such as fragrances, lotions, or cleaning agents. Over time, subtle shifts in tone and surface may develop as part of the material’s natural evolution.

Handling
We recommend removing and placing your eyewear using both hands to maintain proper alignment. Avoid placing frames lens-down on surfaces, and take care not to apply pressure to the temples or hinges when not in use.

 

LIFETIME WARRANTY & REGISTRATION

Register Your Product

Registered product purchased from an authorized retailer is guaranteed by Leisure Society against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product, subject to verification by our technical Service Atelier. If a manufacturing defect is verified, the frame or part of the frame deemed defective will be repaired or replaced at no charge. This does not include ophthalmic lenses, which will not be replaced under any circumstances.

Precious metal finishes, including PVD-applied gold, and our cotton-based acetate are covered for a period of two years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Our PVD finishes are applied through a highly controlled process to enhance durability and resistance, preserving the integrity of the frame under normal use. Each material is designed to endure, yet over time may develop a gentle evolution in tone and surface character. These changes are inherent to the material and reflect their lived experience, and are not considered defects.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, impact, improper use, or unauthorized alteration or repair. Any service falling outside of warranty coverage may be completed at a charge upon evaluation.

We invite you to initiate a service request for warranty evaluation or repair by contacting us using the details below, accompanied by a brief description and supporting images.

Once our team has reviewed and confirmed the service, you will be provided with next steps, including instructions for sending your piece to our Service Atelier.

Your request will be carefully reviewed, and we will follow up with next steps, including confirmation of warranty coverage where applicable, or any associated service costs and a secure payment link.

A standard service intake and return shipping fee of $25 applies, or $50 for expedited service. This covers insured handling and return delivery of your piece. Any additional service requirements will be reviewed and confirmed with you prior to proceeding.

 

KEY CLUB EXPERIENCE

As part of the Key Club Experience, you may return any item within seven (7) days of delivery. We invite you to take this time to experience the fit, comfort, and craftsmanship of each piece in your own environment.

All items must be returned using the pre-paid return label and packaging provided by Leisure Society. Pieces should be unworn beyond try-on, and returned in their original condition with all accompanying materials, including tags and packaging.

Return shipping is provided at no charge as part of the experience. In rare or exceptional circumstances where additional fees may apply, you will be notified in advance.

Items not returned within the seven (7) day try-on period, or returned in a condition that does not meet these guidelines, may be considered final and charged accordingly.

All shipments are fulfilled through a third-party carrier. Availability of the Key Club Experience may vary by location.
