The Key Club Experience
The Key Club Experience is our exquisite try-at-home program where you may select six elegant frames from our website that you wish to try on at your leisure. We will send these frames directly to your residence for a seven-day trial. Any frames you choose not to keep can be returned to our office using a prepaid return label for your convenience.
To initiate your Key Club Experience and the seven-day try-on period, we arrange a personalized consultation to discuss your unique styling preferences and gather any additional information that will allow your dedicated Eyewear Concierge to curate a selection tailored just for you. During this call, we will also request your credit card information to place a temporary hold of $900 for the duration of the try-on period. Rest assured, this hold will be promptly released from your credit card statement following the conclusion of the seven days and you will be charged for the selections you choose at the conclusion of the experience.
